Questions owners ask us
Do I have to replace my current software?
No. Perch works alongside QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Excel or whatever you use today.
Where do the numbers come from?
Managers update their own numbers in Perch. When you add the Business Suite, scorecards fill in from the daily work.
We already have revenue targets. Why start with a vision?
A revenue target is a means to something bigger. If the only goal is a number, your team will build a system to hit it, and nobody will know why it matters. Perch records where you want the business to go first, then sets the numbers that get you there.
How much of my time does it take?
About 8 hours a month: two 2-hour management reviews, plus a strategic review of about 6 hours every 45 days. Managers run the daily huddles.
